What’s the performance of an electric car?

It’s similar, if not superior, to the one of an endothermic car.
Its acceleration and pick-up are surprising: the electric engine is able to immediately transmit its power on the road because they have a constant torque, regardless of the revolutions.
The ride is better for its silence (even at its full speed, the electric engine emits just a light, typical whistle).
The maximum speed is usually electrically limited at 100km/h, in order to avoid excessive consumptions. It is preferred to ensure more range without filling the car with batteries, finding a middle ground between weight and power. We must consider that these vehicles are mainly born to move in urban streets, where speed is completely partial.
